One workflow, from capture to handover
1. Establish the scope
Choose the building and floors. Upload the plans and agree how existing schedules will be imported.
2. Capture and check
Import circuits with a preview, correct gaps and attach the evidence. Imported information starts unverified.
3. Review the record
Record who reviewed the board and its circuits, when they reviewed them and the evidence used. Later changes require another review.
4. Issue and maintain
Create a dated handover pack. The receiving team continues working from the live record; the issued pack preserves what was handed over.
Record review documents what was checked. It does not certify an installation or replace the on-site checks required for electrical work.
What to bring to the first call
